**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate EV Bike Mechanic to join our growing service team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that every UPCOT vehicle on the road performs at its absolute peak.



You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of vehicle care, from routine maintenance to complex electrical troubleshooting. This is an ideal prospect for a technician who thrives on problem-solving and wants to work with cutting-edge electric vehicle technology.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Diagnostics & Repair:** Conduct thorough diagnostic tests on electric scooters to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Perform precise repairs on motors, battery management systems (BMS), controllers, and wiring harnesses.

* **Preventative Maintenance:** Execute routine service checks, including brake adjustments, tire replacements, suspension tuning, and software updates to ensure rider safety and vehicle longevity.

* **Quality Assurance:** Uphold UPCOT’s high standards of technical excellence by conducting rigorous post-repair testing and safety inspections.

* **Customer Excellence:** Communicate technical issues clearly to customers, providing honest estimates and maintenance advice to ensure a premium service experience.

* **Documentation:** Maintain detailed and accurate service records using our internal management system, tracking parts inventory and repair timelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**

* Proven experience as a mechanic (experience with electric bikes, scooters, or motorcycles is highly preferred).
