In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with registered free users and their families, understanding their matchmaking requirements, and upgrading them to our premium membership plans. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong drive to hit monthly revenue targets

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Call active and inactive free-tier users to pitch personalized premium membership packages.
- Customer Profiling: Understand the client’s family background, education, career, and specific partner preferences.
- Value Proposition: Clearly explain the advantages of premium services, such as direct contact access, profile highlighting, and dedicated relationship managers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship & Trust Building: Handle sensitive family conversations with absolute confidentiality, patience, and cultural respect.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns regarding pricing, privacy, and matchmaking success rates to close sales.
