Job Responsibilities

- Open market sourcing: Run daily local marketing activities, cold calls, and BTL campaigns to find current clients.
- Lead conversion: Follow up on assigned digital or branch leads to log loan applications.
- Daily client meetings: Meet prospective customers in person, pitch gold loan schemes, and explain interest rates or renewal terms.
- Customer onboarding: Coordinate with the local branch team to process loan files smoothly and collect required KYC documents.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports (DSR)

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
