- Handle office cleaning, housekeeping, and workplace maintenance activities.
- Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- Assist in carrying files, documents, parcels, and office materials.
- Support staff in day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
- Deliver documents, courier items, and local office-related materials as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of office rooms, pantry, reception, and common areas.
- Help in arranging office supplies, furniture, and meeting setups when needed.
- Assist in loading/unloading of small office or project materials if required.
- Ensure timely opening and closing support for office operations.
- Follow instructions from management and maintain discipline at workplace.
- Candidates with punctuality, polite behavior, and basic office support experience preferred
