Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ITSM & Integrations Senior Developer to design, develop, implement, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, API integrations, workflow automation, and system architecture. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and productive solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

ITSM Development

- Design, develop, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Configure and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies,



Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
- Optimize existing ITSM processes and drive automation initiatives.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Integration Development
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Develop REST, SOAP, and middleware-based integrations.
- Configure and manage Integration Hub spokes and custom connectors.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
- Ensure secure data exchange through authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, SAML, and API keys.
