Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and installation of cable trays, cable tray supports, brackets and structures. Carry out arc/MIG welding, gas cutting, grinding, drilling and fabrication work. Fabricate supports using MS angle, channel, flat, rod and other structural materials. Install cable trays and supports as per approved drawings and site requirements. Carry out measurement, marking, cutting, alignment and leveling of cable tray supports. Ensure proper welding, joint quality, alignment and strength of fabricated supports. Assist in cable tray routing and installation at industrial/project sites. Work with electrical and project teams to complete cable tray and support installation within the required schedule. Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and site work instructions.



Maintain proper housekeeping and secure handling of welding/cutting equipment and materials.

Required Skills

Good practical knowledge of welding and fabrication work. Experience in cable tray and support installation. Ability to use welding machine, gas cutting set, grinder, drilling machine and basic hand tools. Knowledge of MS/galvanized steel cable trays and support structures. Ability to understand basic fabrication/installation drawings. Good knowledge of measurement, marking, alignment and leveling. Physically fit and willing to work at industrial/project sites. Knowledge of basic electrical safety and working-at-height safety is preferred.
