n Purpose & Role of the Position
n
n This role will be responsible for shaping and driving Karamtara Engineering Ltd.’s long-term strategic vision. The role will involve close collaboration with the CEO/Chairman and liaison with all Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure effective translation of strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans.

n Key Responsibilities
n
n 1. Strategic Planning & Execution
n n Develop and refine the corporate strategy in alignment with the CEO/Chairman’s vision.
n Translate strategic objectives into detailed implementation roadmaps.
n Monitor execution progress and ensure accountability across departments.
n n 2. Cross-Functional Liaison
n n Act as the strategic interface between the CEO/Chairman and HODs.
n Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and HR.
n Ensure departmental strategies are aligned with overall corporate objectives.
n n 3. Market & Industry Analysis




n n Conduct in-depth analysis of infrastructure and steel-based sectors, including towers, solar structures, poles, and construction.
n Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for diversification and growth.
n Benchmark the company against competitors and recommend strategic positioning.
n n 4. Business Growth & Innovation
n n Drive initiatives for new market entry, product diversification, and global expansion.
n Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A; opportunities.
n Promote innovation, technology adoption, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
n n 5. Governance & Reporting
n n Prepare board-level reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations.
n Track KPIs and ensure measurable outcomes from strategic initiatives.
n Provide regular updates to the CEO/Chairman on progress, key challenges, and opportunities.

n Preferred Candidate Profile
n Candidates with 15+ years of experience , preferably from the Power, Infrastructure, Steel, Transmission & Distribution, or related industries , with solid expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, and growth initiatives.
