We are Hiring for HR Recruiters / Trainee / Talent Management Professional for our Executive Search firm at Lucknow.
We are looking for people with excellent communication in English and someone who wants to get in people management and assessment industry .This is a Six Days working Work from
Office Profile .

Should be good in English Communication in Verbal & Written Both
Should be okay with Day Shifts
Immediate Joiner
Activities Expected to Do -
Recruitment for our Clients.
Telephonic / Face to Face Assessment of Candidates.
Meeting the Required Numbers .
Souring Candidates through Different Job Portals like Naukri / Shine. Coordinating with Clients.
Candidate would be given like training on the portals.
Employment Cycle -
Any Fresher with less than six months of experience in recruitment would be given Stipend as per below mentioned Scale :
First Three Months
Break Up of Salary
11k to 12K - Fixed in hand + Mobile Allowance
1000 - Attendance Allowance
1000 - Retention Bonus
4000 - Variables as per performance
17K to 18 K - Total CTC ( Exclusive of Unlimited incentives )
After Three Months - There would be Hike a definite hike of 20 % to 30 % on net in hand .
For Experienced Candidates
Hike may be given as per experience only in bulk recruitment / BPO Hiring / Consulting .
Maximum Budget for Exp is 2.40 CTC .
