- Remote Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for software and digital products.
- Troubleshoot issues related to installation, activation, licensing, subscriptions, and software updates.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows OS and application-related issues.
- Assist customers with account setup and configuration.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Meet quality standards and SLA targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

- Assist Mac users in troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues.
- Support customers with macOS configuration, account setup, and application troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues related to software installation, updates, and system settings.
- Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting over voice.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and SLA standards.
