n Role Overview
n We are seeking an exceptionally creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphic Designer with 5+ years of digital agency experience. In this role, you will act as a core visualizer—translating creative briefs into high-converting, scroll-stopping social media assets and energetic visual content across multiple digital touchpoints

n Key Responsibilities
n n Daily Creative Production: Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality daily social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
n n n Multi-Format Visuals: Produce diverse digital assets including motion graphics, GIFs, short-form video content, Instagram Stories/Reels, website banners, and display ads.
n n n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with social media strategists, copywriters, and content teams to ideate and execute innovative visual campaigns based on project briefs.
n n n Trend & Format Innovation: Stay ahead of minimal design aesthetics, platform UI updates, and emerging social media trends to keep visual outputs modern and competitive.
n n n Brand Consistency & Accuracy:



Maintain strict brand guidelines across all deliverables with sharp attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
n n n Project & Time Management: Manage multiple design streams simultaneously, delivering pixel-perfect assets under tight daily deadlines.
n n Required Qualifications
n n Experience: 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design within a digital marketing agency environment.
n n n Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
n n n Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects (knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or Figma is a strong plus).
n n n Portfolio Requirement: An active Behance or online portfolio showcasing real agency work, motion graphics, and social media campaigns is mandatory.
n n n Core Competencies: Strong conceptual thinking, excellent time management, visual storytelling capability, and meticulous attention to detail.
