Spellzee is looking for a driven Telecaller Intern to join our team for a 3-month period. Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and sales.

- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective communication strategies.





- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and market trends.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work from 11 AM to 9 PM.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not required.

- Must be available for a 3-month internship duration.
