We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and building relationships with customers across global markets.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer relationships across 3 global geographies
- Handle customer queries through calls, email & chat
- Resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up with customers and drive engagement & retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain customer information and updates in CRM
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales or Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with international customers
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
