Job Title - Duck Creek Policy Developer

We at Coforge are hiring for Duck Creek Policy Developer with the following skillset:

- Design and build Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance products using the Duck Creek platform.
- Document technical and solution approaches for projects.
- Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews within the Duck Creek environment.
- Coach and support team members in project delivery.
- Deep understanding of Duck Creek Policy configuration.
- Experience in manuscript coding and configuration using Duck Creek tools such as Product Studio.
- Hands-on experience with DCT Pages, Rating, Forms, and workflow management.
- Proficient in debugging tools such as Trace Monitor, Example Util, TSV Monitor, and Data Tester.




- Experience with third-party integrations (EDI, 3PL, and non-SAP systems).
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSL, and Java Script.
- Experience working with Duck Creek product versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x.
- Experience with MS SQL Server (2012/2016), including stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions.

Preferred Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace, including coaching and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Qualifications:

- B. Tech/B.E. in any specialization or an equivalent qualification.
