Job Description
Key deliverables:
1. Manage product lifecycle for CRE and CMBS valuation and management solutions
2. Develop detailed functional documentation and collaborate with business and technology teams
3. Perform quantitative testing and validation of product features
4. Provide expert support on product functionality to client stakeholders
Role responsibilities:
1. Analyze commercial real estate valuation and cash flow models
2. Use industry tools like INTEXcalc, Bloomberg, Markit, Trepp, and Yield Book for data analysis
3. Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure product alignment with market needs
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMBS and fixed income markets
