Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and user instructions. This role requires a focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses.

The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards in various applications. Continuous evaluation and adjustment are key to maintaining the effectiveness and accuracy of the language models in diverse scenarios.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and implement updates to address emerging challenges and requirements.
- Document fine-tuning processes and share knowledge to support team learning and development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with data preprocessing and domain adaptation methods to enhance model accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to guide iterative improvements.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in model development and deployment.
- Knowledge of evaluation metrics to assess model performance and relevance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
