Job Overview Lubi Electronics is seeking a technically skilled Sales Engineer – Sensors & Automation Products to drive business growth in the Pune region. The candidate will work closely with OEMs, System Integrators, Distributors, and industrial customers to achieve sales targets.

Sales Engineer – Sensors & Automation Products
Experience: Minimum 1+ year

Employment Type: Full-time

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.
Generate leads through customer visits, market mapping, references, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, Machine Manufacturers, Distributors, and Industrial Customers .
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on product selection, application,



installation, and troubleshooting.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial support.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, visit reports, and sales forecasts.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in Industrial Sensors and Automation Products will be preferred.

Solid B2B/industrial sales and business development skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Pune.

The candidate must be based in Pune and willing to travel across the Pune region.
