Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time in office in Worli, creating visual assets for digital and print channels that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives. Responsibilities include designing logos, brand identities, marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and other promotional materials.

The role involves collaborating with HR consultants, marketing teams, and clients to understand requirements, translate concepts into compelling visuals, and refine designs based on feedback. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing production-ready files, maintaining consistent typography and layout standards, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and staying current with design trends and tools to continuously improve visual communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual concepts.




- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to build cohesive visual identities for clients.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
- Ability to work on-site in Worli, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an understanding of design for HR, staffing, or corporate services is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
