Job Description
Preferred candidate profile
- Pharma experience is a must-have. (Mandatory requirement)
- Exposure to Pharma Hiring in Indian market for all Roles (Mandatory requirement)
- The candidate should have experience in hiring executive/leadership roles along with medical roles.
- Exposure to Indian recruitment (Mandatory requirement)
- Handled leadership hiring
- Excellent communication the hiring managers would be executives for this role, hence excellent communication and prior experience would be needed.
Role & responsibilities
- This position would also be involved in senior-level medical/scientists. Hence knowledge of the said domain needs to be apt.
- The responsibilities would be corporate functions/sales, Clinical Research, Medical Regulatory, Medical Affiliation, Medical Development, Principal scientists etc.
