n Key Responsibilities
n n Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
n Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
n Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
n Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
n Accurately document customer interactions in the system.




n Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.
n n Eligibility Criteria
n n Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
n Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
n Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
