Job Summary:

We're looking for a curious and driven UX Designer to join our product design team. You'll work closely with our Senior UX Designer and collaborate across product, engineering, and research to craft meaningful, user-centred experiences from early ideation all the way through to development handoff.This isn't just a craft role. We want someone who asks 'why' before they open Figma, someone who sees every design challenge as a problem worth solving and who leans into AI tools to move smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end design work across features from concept and wireframes to polished UI and dev-ready specs
- Collaborate in discovery and ideation sessions with PMs and engineers to shape product direction
- Conduct and synthesise user research, contributing findings that directly inform design decisions
- Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, generate variants, and explore possibilities quickly
- Create and maintain components within our design system, ensuring consistency at scale
- Present and defend design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, data, and technical constraints

Experience & Background:

- 4+ years of UX/product design experience, ideally within a product-led company
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking not just polished screens
- Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to developer handoff
- Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout)

- Problem-solver first, pixel-pusher second you define the problem before jumping to solutions
- Genuine appetite for learning: you follow design discourse, experiment with new methods, and embrace feedback
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you can structure your own thinking and move forward without all the answers
- Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale to non-designers

AI Fluency (Must-Have)

- –Active use of AI tools in your design workflow — whether for generative ideation, copywriting, image creation, or prototyping assistance
- Familiarity with tools such as Midjourney, Galileo AI, Framer AI, ChatGPT, or equivalent
- Willingness to explore and adopt new AI-assisted capabilities as the space evolves
