Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Travel Consultant with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of travel bookings, customer handling, and itinerary planning, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Prepare and share travel itineraries, quotations, and packages.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package, and other travel bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and vendors.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support before and after bookings.




- Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, fares, and industry trends.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a relevant travel role.
- Good knowledge of travel bookings and holiday packages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Sales-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working from the Sector 62, Noida office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
