About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to promote our seminars, workshops, and beauty education programs. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, salon owners, and beauty professionals, sharing course details, and helping in lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call potential clients, students, and salon professionals to inform them about workshops, seminars, and beauty courses.
- Explain the benefits of joining Shubharambh Foundation’s programs.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about events.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams for updates.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage).
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
