About the RoleIvitaa is looking for a highly organized and commercially minded Survey Operations & Vendor Partnerships Executive to manage online survey projects from feasibility and bidding through launch, fieldwork monitoring, and closure.

The role combines survey/sample operations with vendor sourcing and management. You will work with platforms such as Cint, PureSpectrum, Lucid and other sample sources, while also identifying, onboarding and managing external/offline sample vendors.

Current roles at PureSpectrum similarly separate project execution—testing links, launching projects and monitoring fieldwork—from supply operations such as supplier onboarding, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities1.

Survey

Feasibility & Bidding

- Review incoming RFQs and survey requirements.
- Understand project specifications including:
- Country/market
- Target audience
- Sample size
- LOI
- IR/incidence
- Quotas
- Methodology
- Check feasibility across available sample sources.
- Request feasibility and pricing from external vendors.
- Calculate estimated CPI and project cost.
- Compare multiple supplier quotes.
- Prepare competitive bids while maintaining target profitability.
- Recommend the best sample sourcing strategy for each project.

2.

Survey

Setup & Launch
- Launch and manage projects on platforms such as:
- Cint
- PureSpectrum
- Lucid
- Other DIY sample platforms
- Set up targeting, profiling and quotas.
- Configure country, demographic and other available targeting criteria.
- Test survey links, redirects and completion flows.
- Conduct soft launches where required.
- Ensure project setup matches client specifications.

Hands-on experience with Cint Exchange/legacy Lucid Marketplace and PureSpectrum is specifically requested in current online-sampling roles.
- Fieldwork Management
- Monitor live surveys throughout fieldwork.
- Track:
- Completes
- CPI
- IR
- Drop-offs




- Quota progress
- Supplier performance
- Identify low-performing sources.
- Pause or adjust underperforming campaigns.
- Rebalance quotas when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors to improve delivery.
- Escalate quality or technical issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

4. Vendor Sourcing & OnboardingThis is a major part of the role.

- Research and identify new panel and sample suppliers globally.
- Contact potential vendors and introduce Ivitaa.
- Collect information about:
- Countries covered
- Panel size
- B2B/B2C capabilities
- Available audiences
- Pricing
- Minimum project requirements
- Quality processes
- Request rate cards and feasibility.
- Compare vendors based on price, quality and delivery.
- Negotiate better commercial terms.
- Coordinate onboarding and required documentation.
- Maintain an updated vendor database.
- Conduct trial projects with new vendors.
- Track vendor performance over time.

5. Vendor Performance & Commercial Management
- Maintain a preferred vendor list.
- Track vendor-wise:
- CPI
- Delivery speed
- Conversion
- Quality issues
- Rejections
- Project profitability
- Identify vendors that should receive more volume.
- Flag vendors with recurring quality or delivery issues.
- Help build a reliable global sample supply network.

Required SkillsMust Have
- 1–3 years of experience in market research, survey operations, online sampling or project management.
- Strong understanding of:

- Experience launching or managing online survey projects.
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and vendor communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Cint, PureSpectrum, Lucid or similar platforms.
- Experience working with B2B and B2C sample.
- Experience requesting and comparing vendor quotes.
- Experience in global market research projects.
- Knowledge of survey links, redirects and basic survey testing.
