Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as ER, ICU, NICU, OT, and wards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse (GNM/ANM/B.Sc).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in rapid-paced environments like ER/ICU/NICU/PICU.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
