Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE
n As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual and multimedia
n content for our IT services business and SaaS-based ticketing platform for event organizers. You will
n design engaging posts, banners, marketing creatives, product visuals, and videos that strengthen brand
n presence, support project-based client requirements, and communicate product value clearly across
n digital platforms.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n • Create social media posts, banners, ads, product creatives, presentations, and marketing visuals
n for IT services and SaaS ticketing platform campaigns.
n • Design and edit videos, reels, product explainers, and event-focused promotional content.
n • Work with marketing, product, sales, and project teams to understand creative requirements and
n deliver suitable designs.
n • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing creatives.
n • Use AI tools to enhance image editing, video editing, creative concepts, and faster content
n production.
n • Manage multiple creative tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.




n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
n • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, film production, or
n related field is preferred.
n • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an IT, SaaS, digital agency, or project based company.
n • Strong skills in posts, banners, marketing creatives, product graphics, presentations, and video
n editing.
n • Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or
n similar software.
n • Good knowledge of AI-based design and video editing tools.
n • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, layout, and video
n production.
n • Good communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
n Experience: 3 to 5 years
n Experience Preferred: Creative & impactful visual and multimedia content.
n Solid knowledge of AI-based design.
