Role:

Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise applications in the production environment, ensuring high availability, quick incident resolution, smooth deployments, and overall system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage production support, incidents, and problem resolution.
- Monitor application performance and maintain SLA compliance.
- Handle deployments, upgrades, disaster recovery, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
- Drive process improvements and ensure audit/security compliance.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of Production/Application Support experience.
- Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, React .
- Hands-on with Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD .
- Experience with Oracle/MS SQL Server, NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes .
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Microservices, and Cloud technologies .
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
