- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network incidents, performance issues, and outages across international locations.
- Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents.
- Support 24x7 operations through on-call rotations as required for global coverage.
- Design, configure, and support routing and switching environments using enterprise-grade technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.).
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network environments.
- Support firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and secure remote access solutions.
- Implement and maintain network redundancy, high availability, and failover configurations.
- Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and local teams for passive infrastructure installations and changes.
- Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and compliance with cabling and data center standards.

Cisco SD-WAN, Viptela, Fortinet, Meraki, Versa, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience supporting hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity models.
- Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and network segmentation.
- Understanding of zero trust, secure access, and modern network security principles.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools (SNMP, NetFlow, NMS platforms)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Python, Ansible, PowerShell – preferred)
- Solid communication skills to work effectively with global and onshore teams.
- Ability to work independently from offshore locations while supporting international time zones.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
