Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale residential/commercial/township projects at our Emami Aamod, Kolkata location. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the execution of a large-scale residential/township/commercial project from planning to completion.
- Oversee all civil, services, and finishing activities to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams for project execution.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project specifications.
- Perform estimation, billing, quantity take-offs from drawings, and rate analysis for BOQs.
- Verify quantities, check site work, and ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, prepare project schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines.




- Implement safety and quality standards across the project site.
- Lead, mentor, and guide site teams, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals.
- Resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, progress documentation, and present updates to management regularly.

Job Requirements:

- 10+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or township projects.
- Strong expertise in civil construction, services coordination, and finishing works.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- In-depth understanding of drawings, specifications, estimation, billing, and rate analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure project targets are met.
- Robust problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
