Sr. Executive Accounts
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance department. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, financial documentation, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of Miracle Software is must. Preference will be given to candidates residing between Shapar and Gondal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and verify accounting-related entries.
- Handle invoicing, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage banking transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other accounting-related statutory compliance.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
- Review financial records and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Support management with accounting information and financial analysis.
Required Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Miracle Software – Must
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS.
- MS Office and MS Excel proficiency.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Financial reporting and documentation.
- Email and professional communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities.
Time: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Qualification
Graduation in Commerce / B.Com or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
