We are seeking an experienced Senior Facade Designer to join our design team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed façade designs for aluminium and glazing projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and technical specifications.

Selected candidates will be based at our India office.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed façade designs and technical drawings for aluminium and façade systems.
- Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings.
- Design and detail curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium windows and doors, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights, and other façade systems.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and identify design requirements and potential conflicts.
- Prepare detailed sections, elevations, plans, and connection details.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, project teams, estimators, procurement, and fabrication teams.
- Incorporate consultant and client comments into drawings and design revisions.
- Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and suitable for fabrication and site installation.
- Coordinate with production and site teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and design documentation.
- Support the estimation and project teams with technical inputs when required.




- Ensure all designs comply with applicable project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in aluminium and façade design.
- Strong experience in curtain wall, structural glazing, aluminium windows & doors, ACP cladding, skylights, louvers, and other façade systems.
- Extensive experience preparing detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Robust knowledge of façade materials, systems, profiles, connections, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant façade design/drafting software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Experience working with international projects or façade contractors is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with large-scale high-rise, commercial, residential, and luxury development projects.
- Experience coordinating with international clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of international façade design standards and practices.

Salary: ₹15 Lakhs to ₹20+ Lakhs per year, based on experience and qualifications Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
