Job Description Customer Success Engineer (Data & Automation)

n About the Role:
n We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers , troubleshoot production issues , and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications . You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

n Responsibilities:
n n Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers.
n Investigate incidents using application logs , SQL queries , and monitoring tools .
n Perform Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ) and drive issue resolution.
n Support REST APIs , webhooks , integrations , and authentication workflows .
n Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues.
n Manage customer onboarding , technical implementations , and ongoing production support .
n Create and maintain technical documentation,



troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
n Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs .

n Requirements:
n n 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support.
n Robust understanding of SQL and REST APIs .
n Experience with Postman , webhooks , and API troubleshooting .
n Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript .
n Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP , or Azure .
n Familiarity with Linux , application logs , and production incident management .
n Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
n Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
n Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

n Good to Have:
n n Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software products.
n Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
