Special Educator – Child Neurodevelopment

About the Role

CHIKITSSA AROGYAA is expanding its Child Neurodevelopment services and is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and child-friendly Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary team.

The role involves working closely with children and their families to support children's developmental, behavioural, learning, and educational needs through individualized intervention and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one intervention and educational sessions for children.
- Work with children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, behavioural concerns, and other special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention/learning plans based on the child's needs.
- Track and document the child's progress regularly.
- Use age-appropriate, engaging, and evidence-based teaching/intervention strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and home-based activities.
- Coordinate with paediatricians, psychologists, therapists, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional records and session notes.
- Create a safe, positive, supportive, and child-friendly environment.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to overall developmental goals for each child.

Qualification
- B.Ed. Special Education / D.Ed. Special Education from an RCI-recognized institution.
- Valid RCI registration preferred/required as applicable to the role.

Experience




- 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with children is preferred.
- Experience with children with developmental, behavioural, learning, or communication difficulties will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong practical training/internship experience may also be considered.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and understands that every child develops differently.

The ideal candidate should be patient, observant, compassionate, responsible, and comfortable working hands-on with children and their families.

Salary: ₹30,000/month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Employment: Full-time
