Job Description Graphic Designer & Creative Content Associate
n Experience: 3–4 Years
n About the Role: Basil Global is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience in developing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, and the ability to work across diverse industries including Healthcare, Hospitality, and Consumer Durables.
n Key Responsibilities-
n ● Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
n ● Develop visually appealing brand assets while ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
n ● Leverage AI-powered design and content creation tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.
n ● Create and edit short-form video content, reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics as required.
n ● Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual concepts.
n ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
n ● Stay updated on emerging design trends, industry best practices, and evolving AI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications




n ● 3–4 years of qualified experience in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
n ● Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
n ● Proficiency in Canva and other modern design platforms.
n ● Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, image generation, content creation, and workflow enhancement.
n ● Basic to intermediate video editing skills with the ability to create engaging digital content.
n ● Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
n ● Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
n ● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience
n ● Experience working with Healthcare, Hospitality, and Consumer Durable brands.
n ● A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, digital campaigns, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
