n We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Business Development & Lead Generation Executive) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn. The role involves lead generation, customer outreach, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
n Connect with prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services.
n Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
n Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
n Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
n Support lead generation and sales campaigns.
n Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.




n Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
n n Required Skills
n n Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n Valuable interpersonal and presentation skills.
n Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
n Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
n Self-motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales.
n Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
