n Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
n ● A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
n ● Proficiency in 3D visualization software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
n ● Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with AutoCAD 2D.
n ● Proven experience in drafting corporate and office space layouts, including coworking spaces, for areas exceeding 15,000 sq. ft.
n

n Roles and Responsibilities:
n ● Draft and prepare test layout drawings for potential coworking sites.
n ● Design and draft office areas, meeting rooms, cafés, corridors, etc.,



in accordance with the ratios and standards defined in product guidelines.
n ● Optimize layouts to maximize space utilization while maintaining functionality and aesthetics.
n ● Create high-quality 3D models and renderings based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.
n ● Maintain and update a comprehensive library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
n ● Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and 3D renderings.
