Job Description We're looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through solid visual design and basic knowledge of video storytelling.
n The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced advertising agency environment, handling multiple brands, campaigns, and content formats. The role requires strong graphic design skills, as well as video editing and basic motion graphics knowledge.
n Key Responsibilities
n * Design creatives for social media, digital advertisements, branding campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, thumbnails, and other marketing collateral.
n * Edit videos for social media, reels, YouTube, advertisements, brand campaigns, and promotional content.
n * Trim, arrange, and sync footage with music, dialogues, voiceovers, and sound effects.
n * Create basic motion graphics, animated text, transitions, intros, and outros.
n * Develop visually cohesive content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
n * Collaborate with content, marketing, design, and client-servicing teams to execute creative ideas.
n * Adapt designs and videos into different platform formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
n * Work efficiently on short-form content and deliver reels and campaign creatives within tight timelines.
n * Maintain an organized file structure for all design, video, and project assets.
n * Stay updated with current design trends, reel formats, editing styles,



and social media content trends.
n Software Knowledge
n The candidate should have working knowledge of:
n * Adobe Photoshop
n * Adobe Illustrator
n * CorelDRAW
n * Canva (Basic)
n * Adobe Premiere Pro
n * Adobe After Effects (Basic)
n * DaVinci Resolve (Basic)
n Requirements
n * Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, and visual composition.
n * Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
n * Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
n * Basic knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animated content.
n * Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for editing or color correction.
n * Ability to create engaging reels and short-form content with a quick turnaround.
n * Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
n * Understanding of social media platforms and their respective content formats.
n * Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
n * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the agency team.
n * Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
n * A solid portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and basic motion graphics work.
n The ideal candidate should be quick on their feet, adaptable to changing campaign requirements, and capable of delivering creative work without compromising on quality or deadlines.
