Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Work on new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and application improvements.
- Develop and consume REST APIs.
- Work with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Understand existing codebases and contribute to assigned modules.
- Perform unit testing and basic application debugging.
- Use Git for source-code management and collaborate with the development team.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
- Learn and work with new technologies based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Core Programming Concepts.
- Good knowledge of at least one programming language such as:

- Java

- Python

- JavaScript / TypeScript

- C++




- Good understanding of OOP concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Understanding of DBMS and SQL.
- Basic understanding of Operating Systems and Computer Networks.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Academic or personal projects in software development.
- Exposure to React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, Django, or similar frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD concepts.
- Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, or open-source projects.
- GitHub projects or a technical portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Robust academic foundation in programming and computer science subjects.
- Candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 are preferred.
- No active backlogs at the time of joining.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office.
