Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Executive to support the implementation and management of our MHU healthcare project. The role involves project coordination, field operations, community engagement, healthcare partnerships, monitoring, reporting, and supervision of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Coordinate with government departments, officials, NGOs, hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare partners.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community activities.
- Monitor project activities, achievements, budgets, and overall project progress.
- Ensure accurate data entry and validation on the Health Management Application.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS, donor reports, and other project reports within timelines.




- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Manage patient referrals, follow-ups, and home visits for bedridden or critically ill beneficiaries.
- Guide and motivate volunteers for community-level activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted project operations by arranging suitable staff replacements when required.
- Handle field-level challenges and follow emergency protocols when required.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and operational standards.

Required Qualification & Experience:

- BSW /MSW with relevant Exp the social sector/NGO sector.
- Experience in healthcare projects, community development, NGO programs, or field operations will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the project area.
