We are hiring a Society Manager for a residential project.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in residential/society management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day society operations
- Handle resident queries and complaints
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
- Coordinate with vendors (electrician, plumber, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the premises
- Monitor maintenance activities and services
- Maintain records, billing, and compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in residential/villa society management
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staff and vendors efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
