Job Summary

Maven Jobs is looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive who has hands-on experience managing both Organic and Paid social media campaigns, with a strong focus on Organic growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of building brand presence, growing the right audience, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute organic social media strategies to grow audience and engagement. Manage and optimize SM profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB and YouTube. Create platform-specific content strategies for business growth and brand visibility. Plan content calendars and publish posts using automation tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Publer. Design high-quality social media creatives using Canva. Create and edit Reels, Shorts, or basic videos (added advantage). Analyze performance metrics and improve content based on insights. Manage paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) as a plus. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns,



branding, and messaging.

Required Skills :
- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing. Solid experience in Organic Social Media Growth. Proven knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube strategies. Good designing skills using Canva. Understanding of hashtags, posting timing, and audience behavior. Strong communication and content planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Paid Social Media Ads. Basic video editing or reel creation skills. Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking. Experience working with business or brand-focused accounts. Hands-on experience with social media automation & scheduling tools (Buffer, Metricool, Publer, or similar). Creative thinker with multiple growth strategies. Data-driven approach to content and engagement. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Willingness to experiment and learn new techniques. Ability to handle social media independently.
