- Create, curate, and publish engaging content related to IT services, technology, industry trends, and company updates.

- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging creatives, posts, videos, and campaigns.

- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.

- Improve brand awareness, engagement, reach, and audience growth.

- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.

- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
