Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage daily social media activities, audience engagement, promotional deals, and influencer marketing while maintaining a strong and consistent online presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily posting and publishing of content across social media platforms.
- Plan and coordinate posts, promotional offers, deals, and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Appropriately manage or hide negative, spam, or inappropriate comments as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for social media-related customer concerns.
- Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, and follow-ups.
- Track influencer campaign performance and maintain collaboration records.




- Coordinate promotional deals and campaign requirements with relevant teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Maintain the brand's tone and social media guidelines.
- Track reach, engagement, views, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on posting activities, influencer campaigns, deals, and social media performance.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Ability to handle negative comments and online situations professionally.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Creative approach to content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
