- Knowledge of CNC SWISS LATHE MACHINES of make Citizen and Tsugami.

- Control:
- Fanuc 2D C 3D Program Preparation, On the job editing, threading program Department: Production, Manufacturing C Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate Sliding Head CNC / Swiss-type CNC machines.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements.

- Set and adjust tools, collets, guide bushes, holders, offsets, and workholding arrangements.

- Load and modify CNC programs as required for production.

- Set cutting parameters such as speed, feed, depth of cut, and tooling conditions.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary dimensional corrections.

- Monitor production for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and process stability.

- Troubleshoot tooling,



machining, and dimensional issues during production.

- Replace and manage cutting tools based on tool life and machining requirements.

- Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision inspection tools.

- Maintain production, setup, tooling, and inspection records.

- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Programming, and Maintenance teams.

- Minimize setup time, tool consumption, rejection, and machine downtime.

- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
