- Supervise and monitor daily interior and civil work at the project site.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQ.

- Check measurements, levels, alignment, dimensions, and quality of executed work.

- Supervise civil works including masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, and other finishing works.

- Supervise interior works including carpentry, modular/fixed furniture, partitions, gypsum work, polishing, wall finishes, and installation works.

- Monitor the progress of work and ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.

- Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project team regarding site status.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship before installation/execution.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.





- Take site measurements and assist in preparing measurement sheets and work records.

- Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.

- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at the site.

- Inspect completed work and prepare snag/punch lists wherever required.

- Follow up on pending work and ensure rectification of defects.

- Maintain proper records of material consumption, site activities, measurements, and progress.

- Report any deviation from drawings, specifications, or approved design to the senior/project team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
