Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and optimize workflow.
- Ensure accurate documentation of site progress, including daily reports, logs, and photographs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in civil supervision or related field (construction supervision).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
