Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to oversee construction activities, site execution, quality control, quantity surveying, vendor coordination, and project planning. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in construction site management and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth site execution.

-Conduct quantity surveying, measurements, and quality control.

-Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, and consultants.

-Monitor construction progress, timelines, materials, and site requirements.

-Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

-Coordinate procurement and timely availability of construction materials.

-Track project progress and support project planning and management.





-Identify and resolve site-related issues and ensure timely escalation when required.

-Maintain proper site documentation, reports, measurements, and records.

-Coordinate communication between the internal project team, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

-B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

-Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction/site engineering.

-Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and quality control.

-Hands-on experience in site management and project execution.

-Experience in vendor and material coordination.

-Good understanding of construction processes and project planning.

-Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Konkani.

-Valid driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.

-Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
