Job Description The role requires a proactive professional who can ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, support management with financial insights, and coordinate effectively with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Accounting & Financial Managementn n Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
n Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
n Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
n Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.
n Taxation & Statutory Compliancen n Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, reconciliations, and responding to departmental queries.
n Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing, and issuance of certificates.
n Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.
n Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities during assessments and audits.
n Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
n Banking & Treasury Managementn n Manage daily banking transactions and maintain banking relationships.




n Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements.
n Handle bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and loan-related documentation.
n Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.
n Foreign Trade & Import-Export Documentationn n Manage accounting and compliance related to import and export transactions.
n Coordinate documentation relating to Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), foreign remittances, and inward/outward payments.
n Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and foreign exchange procedures.
n Reconcile foreign currency transactions and monitor exchange rate impacts.
n Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, and government authorities as required.
n Audit & Internal Controlsn n Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
n Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for auditors.
n Establish and maintain effective accounting controls and financial procedures.
n Ensure proper maintenance and safeguarding of financial records and documentation.
n Software & Systemsn n Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.




n Generate financial reports and MIS from Tally and other accounting systems.
n Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
n Qualifications & Experiencen n Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com mandatory).
n CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
n Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, trading, engineering, or import-export environment.
n Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
n Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
n Experience handling import-export transactions, foreign remittances, and banking documentation.
n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
