n Key Requirements:
n n 3+ years of experience in CRM operations
n Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
n Good understanding of Salesforce Trailblazer
n Experience managing B2B databases and CRM processes
n Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
n Prior exposure to events, media, or marketing industry is preferred

n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM operations and workflows.
n Handle B2B database management, segmentation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
n Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations,



and leadership teams to support business objectives.
n Act as a point of contact for CRM-related coordination and stakeholder communication.
n Utilize Salesforce Trailblazer for continuous learning and implementation of CRM best practices.
n Generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for business teams.
n Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and process compliance.
n Support event and marketing campaigns through CRM execution and tracking.
n Coordinate with cross-functional teams for lead management and campaign effectiveness.
n Coordinate/collaborate with salesforce partners for CRM enhancement.
