n n Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment
n Execute internal audits across operational, financial, compliance, and IT processes
n Ensure audits are completed within timelines and in accordance with internal audit standards
n Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and auditing standards
n Analytical thinking with attention to detail
n Effective written and verbal communication skills
n Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
n Recommend practical and value-added improvement measures
n Draft transparent and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations
n Discuss audit observations with process owners and management
n Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers
n n Experience
n n Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
n Experience:
n 3–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit / Risk / Compliance
n Experience in Big 4 or large corporate environment preferred
n Knowledge of applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and industry practices
n Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and audit tools
