Roles Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives

Develop and execute a detailed start-up strategy for the potline, aligning with overall project timelines and milestones.

Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to operational status.

Implement systems for real-time performance monitoring of potline equipment during start-upoperation.

Oversee troubleshooting activities, addressing any operational issues and coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams.

Functional

Oversee the start-up procedures for reduction cells, including the gradual initiation of alumina reduction, temperature control, and current distribution. Implement phased start-up protocols for individual reduction cell lines.

Manage the integration and start-up of rectifier systems, ensuring proper synchronization with reduction cell operations.





Collaborate with electrical engineers to optimize power distribution and rectification processes.

Collaborate with process engineers to optimize potline processes for efficiency, energy consumption, and product quality schedule Job completion.

Implement adjustments to operational parameters during start-up operation to achieve optimal performance.

Desire Qualification Skill:

Graduate in any discipline with Operation Incharge role, preferably B.E. (Mech / EEE / EI / Chemical / Metallurgy)

More than 7 Years of experience
